1) Wat is een pre-order?
Een pre-order is een vooruitbestelling van een (nieuw) aangekondigd artikel. De pre-orders kunnen online worden gedaan. Wanneer deze producten bij Mojo Cards binnenkomen worden deze vervolgens op chronologische volgorde uitgedeeld.
Check dus vooraf goed de releasedatums voordat je besteld.
2) Moet ik een pre-order direct betalen? Ja. Wanneer je een pre-order plaatst, moet het volledige bedrag vooraf betaald worden.
Je kunt eventueel ook achteraf betalen via Klarna. Je betalingstermijn is dan 30 dagen nadat je een bestelling hebt gedaan.
3) Hoe lang duurt het leveren van een pre-order?
Dit verschilt per product. Per product geven wij aan wanneer we verwachten dat we de levering kunnen realiseren. Echter kan de daadwerkelijke levering van het product later zijn. Houd hier rekening mee.
4) Hoe werkt een bestelling met artikelen op voorraad én een pre-order?
Bestel je meerdere artikelen in één order inclusief een pre-order product? Dan worden al jouw producten in één keer bij je bezorgd. Dit betekent dat je bestelling pas wordt verzonden zodra de pre-order (en al je andere bestelde producten) binnen zijn bij Mojo Cards.
Wil je de leverbare producten al eerder ontvangen? Zorg dan dat je twee aparte bestellingen plaatst: een met de leverbare producten, en een met de pre-order(s).
5) Waarom wordt mijn pre-order steeds uitgesteld?
We snappen dat dit erg vervelend is, en hebben hier helaas zelf ook geen invloed op. Pokemon werkt met soft releases. Dat betekent dat de leveringen soms in delen worden geleverd. Houd rekening met eventuele logistieke vertragingen. Zodra we informatie krijgen over wanneer een product op het punt staat te worden verzonden of dat het in feite vertraging heeft opgelopen, dan passen wij dit aan in onze webshop bij het specifieke product.
Wij danken je bij voorbaat voor je geduld en adviseren je om de website regelmatig in de gaten te houden. Uiteraard zullen we je op de hoogte houden via de mail.
