Change 
Do you want to exchange your item? This is possible within 30 days after you have received the order. We would like to ask you to let us know by e-mail info@mojocards.nl, so we can see if the product is still in stock.

Returns
If you want to return an item, we ask you to let us know within 30 days by e-mail at info@mojocards.nl with your order number. When we have received your e-mail, you as a customer still have 30 days to send the order to us.

Conditions for return:

  • You must report the return via info@mojocards.nl;
  • Return within 30 calendar days (after receipt);
  • Products must be unopened and undamaged;
  • The costs for returning your package are for your own account;
  • Products must be properly packaged;
  • Returns are entirely at your own risk.


Refund
Upon receipt of your (unopened) product and upon approval, we will immediately initiate the refund. This can take up to 5 working days, depending on the payment method.

We will of course keep you informed of the returned item and its refund.

Cancel the order
You can cancel as long as your item has not yet been shipped. You can do this by emailing us at info@mojocards.nl.

But we work very fast. As a result, your item is sometimes shipped before the cancellation request arrives. In that case, you can return within the trial period.
